These students care deeply about other people and their feelings. They do really well socially, and they know how to interact with others in an effective and positive manner. They are sensitive to people and understand that everyone is different and has different view points. They are sensitive to gestures, facial expressions, and voice. They maintain good relationships with not only peers, but adults and younger people as well.
Since these students are natural leaders, they will do well in group work. They understand that while in a group, everyone is important and contributions are vital from everyone. They are the types to make people comfortable and help to open people up. Since they are social beings, a bad idea would have them work alone or have them sit by themselves. They may like to talk, but they can keep focused and on task. That is why these students would do great with helping other students in the classroom.
