These students are very aware of themselves. They know their strengths and weaknesses, their moods and motivations. They have an incredible drive to achieve their personal goals. They know how to control their thoughts and moods and can get themselves back on track when necessary. They may be sensitive and often like to be by themselves.
These students will strive in independent work. They like to set goals for themselves and feel pride once they accomplish them. They may be hindered by doing group work because they like to be in control and be the "boss" of their educational endeavors.
